She was very thorough and I felt she worked for me not the exiting Tennant, the incoming Tennant was also impressed

We’re always so happy with the way our property is managed by Emma. Living in WA while our investment is managed remotely, communication is incredibly important to us — and Emma has been absolutely outstanding in this regard. She keeps us informed every step of the way, is always responsive, and makes the entire process feel seamless and stress-free. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our property is in such capable hands. Highly recommend!

Good experience with Harcourts. they were transparent and friendly since day one. Always there to respond

Melissa Thomson was very helpful and very professional. She was very patient, always available and happy to answer my queries.

We're only starting our journey with Century 21 Aaron Moon Realty. So far we cannot give them a good or bad review.

Great communicators, light years ahead of our last managers.

What made Smart rental stand out is that they are very responsive and have a listening ear. I am so glad they helped me secure a beautiful home.

Made renting straightforward. Quick responses to emails. Issues resolved quickly.

Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Excellent communication regarding tenants

The whole process was dealt with in the matter of a couple of days not weeks like some of the other real estate companies

Great communication and amazingly helpful. Very thorough entry condition report.

Cheyenne, our property manager at Ray White in Townsville, I cannot recommend her highly enough! From the very first interaction, Cheyenne displayed an incredible level of professionalism and dedication. Her communication skills are outstanding—she always kept me informed and responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. What truly sets Cheyenne apart is her genuine care for her clients. I felt supported every step of the way, and her proactive approach gave me confidence in her management of our rental property. Thank you, Cheyenne, for your exceptional service and for making this process so easy!

Maddie and Camille are such hard working knowledgeable young woman. Moving from one rental (which was managed by Camille) and moving to another rental (managed by Maddie)was so seamless and both of these ladies helped so much. I rate customer service 1000/10, ❤️
