Barbara & Steve have leased my property in Townsville, they made our lifes easy as landlords. They supported us through the whole process, we always knew what to expect, they kept us informed, and they found us a great tenant from the first open inspection. I highly recommend them.

Ingrid has gone above and beyond for us from application to move in, even when the maintenance for the yard had to be done after key handover and no hot water; everything was remedied in good timing. The office & detailed professionalism is top standard including communication/transparency. :)

I have been dealing with Bell Property for 3 years now and I have just signed other 12 months lease. I’m happy to have a great Realestate like Bell Property to deal with. The girls are lovely and very friendly on and off the phone. Thank you Bell Property for always being there for me. Kim Yates
