On open day inspection visit we were met by Dimitri from Harcourts who introduced himself to us and proceeded to explain the inspection procedures and conditions to view the premises safely as there was quite a few interested parties wanting to do the viewing.We we’re very impressed with Dimitri’s manner and professionalism in keeping control of the many viewers and giving consideration to keep the property damage free was also a priority to him. They were very good with communicating, whenever we had questions or wanted some information they were very quick to respond to emails. I never felt like we were left in the dark about anything that was going on, and it made the whole process a lot smoother.
