Renae has consistently demonstrated excellent communication, proactively managing the property, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring its effective ongoing management. Renae made the tenant renewal process seamless and kept me well informed of market conditions and current rental yields for the location.

We were kept upto date & informed of every step, great communication, dedication to us (the client) & focus on what we required.

The time from first contact, to leasing my property was no more than 2 weeks. This didn't happen due to market conditions but the fast and professional work by Megan, who leased the property and now by Ranae who is managing it. I highly recommend to anyone.

Kiarra is our property manager and right from the start she has been fantastic to deal with. We had several issues with the property when we moved in and within the first couple of weeks she had arranged for people to come in and do the repairs. She has stayed in touch all the way through the process. We can't thank her enough for how quick she got things done.

We had a great experience with our agent Molly throughout the rental process. She was always really friendly, responsive and helpful, and kept us well informed along the way. Communication was great and she made the whole process of securing our rental feel easy and straightforward. We really appreciated all of her help and would definitely recommend her!

Reasonable property, easy transition, very professional and friendly communication.
