He found new tenants within a very short period of time. He noted in detail the things that we could do to regarding repair and maintenance to make the property ready for new tenants. He listed in detail the things that he thought could wait or would need attention further into the new lease. He promptly addressed getting things fixed and has been great at communicating though the whole process.
