The outcome was we now have a good tenant and have settled a favourable lease with minimal delay. Their responsive and professional approach was demonstrated in the first week of the lease, when the tenants also encountered several problems with the property, the most serious one of which was a significant water leak. As our Property Manager, Natalie provided a rapid response to us and the tenant, has already dealt with two of the issues and is currently dealing with the leakage problem, which has a level of complexity in resolving and negotiating the respective responsibilities of two insurers (landlord and building).
