Communication was professional and straight forward, and the agent was responsive to my objectives and valued my property fairly

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ian McNamee & Partners in Queanbeyan and Jerrabomberra, and I must say it was a really great experience. The team was super friendly and professional, making it easy to talk to them throughout the whole process. I really appreciated their straightforward advice, attention to detail, and ability to negotiate effectively. The whole thing went smoothly and without any stress, which was a big relief. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy real estate experts

Good team. Fast processing of applications

From the very beginning, the JW property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. They listened carefully to our concerns and preferences and worked diligently to find a tenant who was the perfect fit for our property. Throughout the process, they kept us updated with regular communication and provided detailed reports on the progress of the search. Once a tenant was secured, the property manager continued to provide exceptional service by handling all aspects of the lease agreement and ensuring that the tenant was happy and satisfied with the property. They were quick to respond to any issues or concerns that arose, and were always available to answer questions and provide guidance. One thing that really stood out to me was the property manager's attention to detail. They were meticulous in their inspections of the property, ensuring that everything was in good condition and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. They also kept detailed records of all transactions and communications, providing us with peace of mind and a clear understanding of what was happening with our property at all times. Overall, I cannot recommend JW property manager highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to providing excellent service truly set them apart, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We recently needed to rent one of our properties short term (6 months furnished). Ellie at Jonny Warren properties was so helpful in getting everything sorted, and finding a tenant was so quick and easy! We already use them for multiple properties and will continue to!

Mel was great and was able to find tenants quickly. She is so easy to deal with and great with communication and her knowledge of the rental market! Wouldn’t use any other agent! Always a pleasure to deal with.
