Spending time in the garage alongside her father, Ellie learned patience, problem-solving, and the value of learning from mistakes — gaining an early appreciation for how consistency and attention to detail lead to a finished result. These early lessons carried through to her first career in hairdressing, where Ellie spent eight years developing strong communication skills, discipline, and a client-focused mindset. This foundation, combined with her ability to build trust and deliver outcomes, naturally led her into real estate, where these values continue to underpin her professional approach today. Ellie is guided by integrity, accountability, and genuine care, bringing a grounded and people-focused perspective to everything she does. THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: Ellie began her real estate career over eight years ago, driven by an interest in people, property, and problem-solving. What started as a role in property management quickly became a long-term career path, as Ellie discovered a passion for the fast-paced nature of the industry and the opportunity to support both landlords and tenants through important stages of their lives. Through hands-on experience and continuous professional development, Ellie progressed into leadership, and now proudly serves as Head of Property Management at Jonny Warren Properties. THE CANBERRA LOCAL WITH A STORY: Born in Victoria and raised in Canberra, Amber completed her schooling in the Tuggeranong region and has proudly called the Southside home for most of her life. After spending a decade in Queensland, Amber returned to Canberra in 2012, bringing with her valuable life experience and a renewed passion for the world of real estate. THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: Beginning her real estate career in Queensland in 2009, Amber worked in a boutique agency where she built strong foundations in Property Management. After returning to Canberra, she reignited her career in 2014 and has continued to grow within the industry ever since. With more than a decade of experience, Amber’s career has progressed from Property Management Assistant to General Manager, including leading the opening of Canberra’s first build-to-rent development. She has gained hands-on experience across all facets of property management, but what she values most is working closely with owners and tenants – building transparent, trusting relationships that create long-term success for everyone involved. For Amber, Property Management isn’t just about managing assets – it’s about managing relationships with integrity, communication, and care. THE LIFE OUTSIDE OF WORK: Family is at the heart of everything Amber does. She is blessed with a large, blended family and I’m a proud nana to two beautiful grandchildren whom she absolutely adores. Outside of work, you’ll often find Amber enjoying spontaneous trips away with her partner, watching live bands, or spending quality time with her kids and grandkids. Life is busy, full, and incredibly rewarding – and she brings that same energy and commitment into her professional life every day.

THE MELBOURNE BORN MUM WITH A STORY: Property has been part of Jess’ life for as long as she can remember. Born in Melbourne and raised in Canberra from the age of four, she grew up with a mum who worked in real estate, giving her an early introduction to the industry. That exposure quickly became a genuine interest of her own, and eventually, a career she knew she wanted to pursue. THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: Jess began her property management career at 22 as a Leasing Consultant before purchasing her first home at just 24. Since then, she has worked her way through the industry as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager and Senior Property Manager, gaining valuable experience across all aspects of property management. What Jess enjoys most is building strong relationships with her clients and looking after their investments as though they were her own. She understands the importance of clear communication, attention to detail and giving both owners and tenants confidence that their property is being well cared for. Her interest in property doesn’t stop when she leaves the office either. Jess would much rather scroll through Allhomes than Facebook and loves keeping up with the market and what’s happening across the industry. THE FOOTY LOVING ME: Outside of work, Jess is a proud mum of two. Her weekends are often spent on the sidelines cheering on her son at soccer and rugby, enjoying time with family and travelling whenever they get the chance – and if there’s a beach involved, even better.

THE CANBERRA GIRL WITH A STORY: Moving to Canberra from the Southern Highlands at just five years old, Madi has grown up with a strong connection to the Canberra community and a genuine passion for people. From a young age, Madi has always enjoyed meeting new people, building relationships, and making others feel welcomed and valued. After finishing school, Madi began her career in hairdressing completing an apprenticeship that helped shape her strong communication skills, attention to detail, and natural ability to understand and connect with people. Working closely with clients taught Madi the importance of listening, building trust, and ensuring every person feels their needs are understood. These skills naturally led Madi into real estate, where she could combine her passion for people with her love for beautiful homes and property. Her approachable nature, genuine care, and commitment to creating positive experiences continue to shape the way she works with clients today. THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: Madi began her real estate career in administration, gaining experience across both sales and property management. This gave her a strong understanding of the industry and allowed her to discover where her true passion laid with property management. Madi quickly developed a love for the relationship driven side of property management, particularly the opportunity to build long standing connections with landlords and tenants. She values being someone her clients can rely on and takes pride in providing a personalised and people-focused approach throughout every stage of the property journey. Now working as a Property Manager, Madi is excited to continue building her career in an industry that brings together her love for people, property, and creating genuine connections. THE OUTDOOR-LOVING MADI Outside of real estate, Madi loves making the most of her time away from the office. She enjoys weekend getaways, camping, exploring the outdoors, and enjoying the finer things in life. When she’s not working or planning her next adventure, Madi can usually be found spending time with her big, friendly giant — her St Bernard.

Raised with strong values around hard work and resilience, she developed an early appreciation for doing things properly – and doing them with care. Her professional journey began in the floristry industry, where her natural creativity and meticulous attention to detail quickly set her apart. Not only did she thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment, she earned the prestigious titles of Interflora’s Florist of the Year and runner-up of the year. These achievements were a reflection of her discipline, precision, and commitment to excellence. Those early foundations shaped the person she is today – thoughtful, driven and deeply people-focused. THE REAL ESTATE JOURNEY: Jodie’s pathway into real estate was shaped by real-life experience. Having been a tenant across multiple properties under various management teams – and now a homeowner herself – she gained a well-rounded understanding of the property journey from both perspectives. Her diverse background across floristry, retail, and childcare strengthened her communication skills and sharpened her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. She became known for her attention to detail, organisation and compassionate approach – qualities that naturally align with property management. When she’s not running, she loves lifting weights, catching up over good coffee and food, and enjoying plenty of laughs with friends – the moments that recharge her outside of work. Balancing family life, training and career requires structure and intention – something Jodie is constantly striving for.
