The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
