Overview of Kelmscott, WA, 6111

I had a fantastic experience working with Ms. Rajni Walia. She made the entire renting process completely seamless, and her communication was absolutely clear and professional. She handles everything promptly, treats tenants with the utmost respect. Five stars all around!

I met Rajni as a Roofing contractor and loved the way she conducted business. I decided to use her as my own agent for my own property. She didn’t only deliver an amazing tenancy agreement. She has done so in an exceptional way. I highly recommend Fair Street Realty for all your property requirements.

Rajnii is amazing at her work, you can tell she enjoys her job. She has amazing communication skills and gets things sorted out as soon as possible. The kind of agent you will not have any issue with. No deals in work, excellent communication skills, excellent at solving problems and making sure your needs are met. The best agent I've met in my many years of renting to be honest.

I was very happy with the house viewing process. Peak central agency were friendly and professional at all times. The agencies provided my spouse and I all the help that we needed, which made the journey and process earlier. They responded to our calls and email in timely manner. The agencies showed us kindness, were understanding and respectful when communicating via email or by phone. I am happy with this agency company.

Nice and trustworthy

We are provided with exceptional services during the property findings, settlement, handover, improvement works after settlement and tenant selection. The Agent - all representatives provided us a good service in a timely manner. We were unavailable to attend the property being in interstate during settlement, the Agent was always there to update us and provided us information as required. Our phone calls and emails were returned as practicable and courteous manner. We are looking forward to experience the journey of our next stages. I would recommend the Agent to others for their services.

I've used O'Neill realestate for several years now. Laurinda has always been professional and knowledgeable about the market, especially my area. Laurinda has always been available and patient in guiding me through the process of renting out my property. I would recommend O'Neill.

Our property management team at O'neil Real Estate has been very professional, with excellent customer support, they communicate effectively keeping us updated with the ongoing management of our property assets and even in-depth screening and picking the right tenants for us. Simply put, they made our lives a lot easier and simpler by doing all the work for us at a low cost. We highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into real estate.

The team communicates on time and are diligent in dealing with tenants

Its nice to have Heritage Realty manages our investment house. The percentage cut I believe is fair and communication with our agent is constant. Sometimes our agent can’t reply the email straight away, but overall were happy to be manage by Heritage.

Their agreement was detailed with specific description of the house including photos. Minor issues in the house were fixed after moving in.
