Karen was brilliant from day one, even before day one. She has shown great dedication to us and found us tenant almost immediately. She has not hassled us for money but rather focused on getting our property let as soon as possible, which she did. Everything is electronic which makes it so much easier and hassle free. She has has gone beyond what I expect an agent to do for a client. A wonderful experience to date, i can't rate her more highly, and all a very competitive rate, and we are yet to meet her.

Jessica - leasing consultant - is always very energetic and enthusiastic! In this last rental, there was hardly any gap between tenants. Jess was also a great sounding board to help me choose which tenant to offer the house to. I do trust her judgement and she is an absolute pleasure to deal with.

This has been our first experience renting our Home with Guilliana Finlay of Butler & Co and it has been terrific! When we first approached them they advised what we needed to have done to the house and pool to satisfy our statutory obligations. Rather than then leaving it with us, Guiliana made all of the arrangements with the tradies and inspectors and kept us fully informed so as to ensure that it was all done in time. They then vetted our tenants professionally making the appropriate enquiries What is always a difficult time when moving our stress levels were significantly reduced due to Guilliana Amanda (the principal) and Guilliana are the best!
