Overview of Kenmore, QLD, 4069

We used Vasile Property Group services recently to rent out our investment property. Immediately after I contacted them, they provided me excellent support and also shared their extensive knowledge of the local rental market. They appraise the rental value of my property in a very fair way and only 6 days from our initial conversation, they rented out our property. They also arranged all compliances inspection. Couldn’t be more than happy from the excellent service that I have received. Big shoutout for Breanna for her great performance. Highly recommended!

We have had a very positive experience with my property manager, Bre. She communicates clearly, responds promptly, and manages the property with care and professionalism. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have made a significant difference.

I moved overseas at the start of last year and I was very nervous about renting out my unit. I didn’t want to sell but I knew I couldn’t be a reliable landlord while away so I needed someone who could handle things for me while I’m away. Enter Breanna! From the very beginning she has been responsive to every single one of my 1000 questions. She has been able to give invaluable advice and recommendations, and truely shows she’s an expert in her field. I recommended her to another friend who also moved overseas and she similarly has had no issues. Breanna regularly checks in to the property and relays to me how things are going. On the flip side she also cares about the tenants. It’s important to me as someone who has rented a lot in the past to have my tenants be happy and at home. And Breanna fills that to a T, making sure that the tenants are also happy. If you are in need of a real estate agent I could not recommend Breanna enough!

As above, always prompt with any action required and reporting same. My properties have always been tenanted, with very minimal delay in change over, if ever.

We are very glad we end up choosing Ian, he helped us a lot explaning everything , and made the process extremely smooth

We have had a fantastic experience working with Ian Jung and the Image Property team across both of our investment properties. Ian has been incredibly professional, approachable and helpful throughout the entire process. He has always been responsive, kept us well informed and has gone above and beyond to make managing our properties as straightforward and stress-free as possible. We really appreciate Ian’s communication, attention to detail and willingness to help whenever we have had questions or needed assistance. It’s reassuring knowing our properties are in such capable hands. We would highly recommend Ian and the Image Property team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional and genuinely supportive property management team.

I've had my apartment managed by Kelly at Plum Property for 5 months. It's been great since the first day with timely communication, great advice and helpful responses to any questions I've had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kelly and the team at Plum Property if you're looking for property management.

I would like to acknowledge Kelly Shore my property manager who is so friendly and always helpful with all my needs. She also always checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going well. She completes tasks that you have asked her instantly and communicates very well. As a renter I would recommend Plum property as a real estate and hope to continue on my rental journey with them.

Say yes and don't look back, you will be in great hands with the team at Plum Property.
