He instantly activated one of his agents to take on my project and within days they had presented me with an opportunity that served one of their existing client needs, met mine and offered us both a solution we were looking for. It was quite head-spinning but the vendor was heading off on holidays, we had a deadline to meet and they probably had other sales to organise. I couldn't have been happier with how it shook out, but also how available they were when i needed them, how clearly I could speak with them and how honest I felt the whole process was handled. My years of knowing Charles had shown me one side of him, which I respected but probably felt as if I would always prefer to be the seller with Charles, but this showed me that he and his team were there for me as the buyer too.
