After almost two decades in the industry, Principal Rick Pignetti exclusively manages Stone Real Estate Five Dock’s Property Management department, meaning his clients have the advantage of knowing an owner of the business is looking after their precious asset. A proud local born and bred, Rick is of Italian background and speaks the language fluently, allowing him to converse with the area’s large Italian community who feel comfortable dealing with him. He’s worked hard to forge a reputation as the first choice for clients seeking property management in the Inner West. Rick enjoys the fact that every day presents new challenges in real estate and still undertakes regular training to ensure he’s constantly growing as both a professional and a person. Best decision I ever made

I was amazed how professional Daniel and Michael were when assessing my investment property. Daniel understands the market and he has his finger on the pulse. I completely trust him as he was accurate in his appraisal of my North Strathfield property and he found me a quality tenant in the space of 23 hours. Fabulous communication and professionalism!

The team at Stone are amazing! After changing after 18 years of the same agent, I moved to Stone. From Day 1 they have been so professional, helpful and resourceful. I wish I changed to Stone many many years ago. Cannot fault Stone in anyway!
