We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. Wow, truly a impressive experience overall. Much to my shock a property we had just purchased had been broken into between settlement and the first open house, by a homeless family. Luckily Jackie knew exactly what to do to gain possession within 24 hours and at the same time (despite quite the clean up required) was still able to rent the property for $50 more the expected at this same open house. I didn't have to deal with any of the trouble and now a few weeks on we have a happy family living in the property. Highly recommend Jackie and the My Logan Realty team! Kind Regards.
