Agencies in Kotara, NSW, 2289

We could'nt be happier with the efforts by Your Agency personnel in helping make the rental and management of our properties seamless & stress free. They are straight onto working out any issues in the most cost effective and best solution. They make a huge effort in putting the most suitable client/tenant into the properties - not just the first person through the door . The monthly statements are precise and easy to understand. We have absolutely no issue in referring friends and acquaintances to Your Agency for all management and real estate needs .

We couldn’t be happier with the management of our investment property with Century 21. Attention to detail, timely reporting and understanding of the staff is exemplary. We don’t need to worry about anything with Century 21, which is excellent for us (working couple with 2 young children). Very happy!

Julie has been our managing agent since our purchase, also through Street, 4 years ago. She has continued to find us great tenants who have been reliable and looked after our property with only short periods of vacancy between tenant change over. Her communication has been excellent and any issues have been resolved quickly and efficiently. I would happily recommend Street Property as a managing agent to anyone. Paul and Robyn, Merewether

Super efficient and communication is second to none. We feel very comfortable leaving our investments in R&H’s capable hands.
