We have recently started working with Nisha. She has been excellent. She is very proactive in getting things done, being able to organise a tenant very quickly that minimising the time the property is un-tenanted. She is very responsive to questions and replies in a very timely manner.

Nish is fantastic. Our property was a little tricky being behind commercial space however that didn't deter Nish. Having an open home on Sunday proved the difference. Nish secured an excellent tenant and excellent weekly rent.
