Very happy with our experience with the property manager. Very professional and helpful.

Clear communication, quick and accurate reply. Promptly found a new tenant.

Quick sharing information complex detail .

Without a second thought, Semple PG picked up my rental and ran with it. In a matter of 6 weeks the old tenant was moved on without a hitch, cleaners sorted out and had a new tenant in the property and rented it out for $25p/w more than the asking price!! Thank you!!

Lisa is amazing! She worked around our schedule and made sure we could be in our home when we needed it.

We are so lucky to have such a great property manager in Lisa Myles. Polite, courteous, helpful and respectful. 10/10 from us.

Nicole was great to work with. She was quick to respond to my queries. She was very approachable and made our experience stress free. We would highly recommend Realty Plus to anyone.

Realty plus so far has been great to deal with. They’ve always answered my calls and emails when needed. Have been lovely to talk with and have been a lot of help with sorting a rental property.

My husband and I have interacted with Tracy when viewing properties to buy and Nicole as a property manager as tenants. Both women are kind, professional and honest. As a property manager Nicole has excellent communication, time management and is fully transparent. Nicole has gone out of her way to ensure we have everything we need, and even checked in to make sure we were settled.
