I have been with Buxton for nearly 10 years , I can't fault any of the staff,they are fantastic . They are very professional but down to earth and treat people fairly. Very nice and polite, easy to deal with. Thank you Tayla chalmers you went above and beyond to help us get settled you are a fabulous person.

Whilst there was some challenges with the initial engagement with Buxton, once Tayla assigned to manage our recently purchased investment, we are very please and grateful to have her as our property manager. Her service is exceptional, specifically she delivers what she promised, agreed to engage always by calling her customer first instead of email, on time and keeping us update every opening. Communication with Buxton was very easy yet professional. I felt very comfortable asking questions at the open house, when I popped into the office and then with Ben, property manager when I was offered the house. I’m new to the rental game but very comfortable throughout every process as Ben explained things step by step.
