Good rapid response to concerns I have raised. Careful students of the rental market. Negotiation with former tenants was unsuccessful (tenants apparently balked at rent increase), I do not know the details. Generally very professional and satisfactory approach.

This includes the absolute best inspection reports I've ever seen and the agency has been incredibly helpful with various Strata matters and complex repairs as well.
