Vanessa responded to my request for a rental valuation on the same day, just before the break in late December. As soon as the break was over, a photographer was on-site and was very professional, delivering great quality photos of the property. On the day of the viewing, Vanessa was friendly and warm with the potential tenants, taking the time to highlight the key features of the property. After just the first viewing, a rental agreement was drafted with a reputable tenant, allowing for us to seamlessly transition to our new home without the worry of our initial property being vacant. However, the onboarding process was excellent, and the app they use to manage rent and requests is very user-friendly. It’s great having all the information in one place.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
