Kandace is an exceptional property manager who helped us fast-track renovations (full re-paint & carpet, a/c install, and minor maintenance items) ahead of procuring a new tenant at the right weekly rent. Following the refurb, Kandace was quick to get the property on the market and leased to a quality tenant at the right price.
