I would have had no hesitation in continuing as her tenant if a suitable home had been available in my preferred new area, and if I am in need of a rental in the future, she would be my first port of call! Rachel is a consummate professional in her role. She is genuine, personable, friendly and courteous. She communicates in a timely, thoughtful, empathetic and appropriate manner. She is attentive, patient, reliable and consistent in her service. She appears well equipped at navigating the sometimes difficult pathway between tenants' needs and landlords' requirements. I have found her to be sincere in all her efforts at advocating for me as a tenant. In short, I could not have wished for a better property manager!

From the moment I contacted Tabitha regarding a property to lease I was impressed with her professionalism. Tabitha is an honest, efficient and compassionate Property Consultant, any team would be lucky to have her. I cannot thank her enough for her support in our endeavour to secure a property. Lisa and Cassie are also a delightful members of the team. Lisa is really honest in the feedback she gives and one can tell that she is an advocate for both the tenants and the owners (as she should be). Cassie is our Property Manager and from the moment she took on the role nothing has been a problem for her. Every question is answered promptly and every request is attended to in a very timely manner. Overall I am very happy with the experiences I've had with this real estate agency so far. I would not hesitate to recommend them. However is responsible for putting this team together should be very proud.
