We approached Fall to find good tenants for a house with a stunning view and unusual layout. The agents gave us a clear and helpful assessment with advice on how to prepare the house, which we followed. All marketing and vetting was handled for us and we were presented with suitable applicants at the target rent. The search took a little longer than initially hoped but we now have tenants and are very satisfied by how the process worked.
