I needed to move into a property at short notice and had all the checks and paperwork rapidly approved and processed. My agents were responsive to my queries and facilitated a seamless move into the unit after hours.

Communication around the new lease has been good. We have engaged Fall Real Estate for the last few years and have found them to be professional and capable. There have been a couple of times when communication could have been improved, such as repeatedly asking for a repair to be made and recently when our tenants said they had requested a one month extension on the lease, but we weren’t even aware they were leaving. However, overall we are satisfied. They are conscientious about inspections, we are kept informed and they are thorough - this was especially important when we were essentially living overseas. We feel that our properties are well looked after.

Wanted to say how amazing Clancy in the rental team has been. She has managed our property for a long time and has always been so responsive, diligent, kind, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. However, the last few months she has gone above and beyond and truly exhibited outstanding service.
