They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return. More importantly their screening of potential applicants was very thorough, which gave peace of mind to who could move into the property.

They were very knowledgeable and communicated with us the whole time keeping us up to date along the whole process. Extremely professional.

I found the Property Manager, Ivan very helpful and overall I would rate highly. Unfortunately my not so great experience came for their unorganised administration side when dealing with office staff.
