The ability to communicate and understand our needs
My husband and I were unsure about what to do with our super funds and after much consideration we reached out to Josh to ask advice on how we can make our retirement work for us. Josh was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable on super funds and the present market and how we can get the most effective super fund for our needs.
He then suggested our next steps which meant that we were introduced to the next person in the process who then again introduced us to the next person in the process.
We now have turned our self managed superfund into property and I feel more comfortable knowing that we are heading in the right direction.
Nothing was an issue or a concern for Josh and he took the time to explain everything and ensure that we knew it was our decision and our choice to make
