Kailey is always very kind and patient to help me out with all the rental issues. I am very grateful to all her helps. I am very blessed to have Kailey as my rental agent. Than you, Kailey.

I had an excellent experience with Kailey Wilson. From the initial inquiry to the finalization of the lease, Kailey was extremely responsive, professional, and helpful. She kept me informed at every step and ensured all my questions were promptly answered. Her dedication and attention to detail made the entire leasing process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Kailey for her outstanding service and commitment to her clients.

After residing at the same rental property for almost a decade my husband and I found the process of finding a new rental property quite changed and very overwhelming. We encountered Stella Rose whilst in the midst of this crazy time. We found her very warm and inviting whilst viewing a property. Unfortunately at the time we thought the property did not suit all our needs. A couple of weeks later we were still looking (new to the rental market after a decade!). Looking online we found another of her properties that ticked all our boxes. After submitting our application and providing as much supporting information as we could Stella Rose was amazing. She walked us through the rest of the process with care and patience. The professionalism, efficiency and communication she showed was beyond amazing. Since moving in Stella has continued to provide us with exemplary service and support. We are so very grateful.

The agent is very accommodating. The application to lease the property was quick, it only took 2 days to complete the application and the agent is very helpful and responsive for all the questions and clarification we had.

We received response to our application quickly after we submitted our application. Great customer service from agent Art who explained everything in great detail while handing over the key and also paid us a visit and solved our problem of hot water. Overall great problem solving and attention to detail.

Excellent staff, very helpful, very accurate in their advice, very good tradesmen doing a excellent job at a reasonable price. We had experience with other agencies but they were not good with their advice or suggestions. I have been with Barry Plant for more than 10 years now and there is a lot of happiness with how they deal with me and my family members and even our tenants. I wish Barry Plant all the best for the service they have been providing to me and the community and may they continue to prosper and do extremely well in their business.
