Kelly and the team have been managing a number of our properties for the last 2 years. In this time, we have been informed with any status changes as soon as they happen. The leasing/ releasing process has been a breeze, and the properties have been kept in great condition. We put this down to the fantastic management team. We have no hesitation recommending the services of Kelly and the team.

My experience with HIVE Property was the best. They were swift in responding to issues with the rental accomodation and usually reply within a day. Georgia Haimes was particularly easy to work with. She was very professional and promptly address any queries or problems. I highly recommend this business.

We recently signed up with Hive Property Canberra for a rental property. The two property managers who we have dealt with have been attentive, professional and responsive to our questions and needs regarding the property. With some agencies, tenants are often left feeling like they don’t matter, and all focus is directed at the property owner. I can say that this has not been the case with us and Hive Property, as the property managers have been very caring and attentive. We are new to using Hive Property, but our experience has only been positive so far.

I was impressed by the communication and level of responsiveness by Maddie when I applied for a property with Hive. She was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on the property and answered all my questions in a prompt manner. The pickup of the keys and all communication with the property were excellent and I was happy with the service and help over all.

The tenancy approval process was smooth and the assistance with connecting services was excellent. However, after moving in, communication and follow-up were disappointing. My email regarding access to a garage fob went unanswered, and I had to follow up myself. Additionally, the security video/intercom system was incomplete, with the video unit missing despite the door buzzer being installed. While the initial leasing experience was positive, responsiveness to unit and access issues needs improvement.

Courtney has been a breath of fresh air compared to my last property managers - her service has been 10/10 and I finally feel I am in the hands of a professional property manager who understands the needs and stresses of a landlord

Jasmine and Brian were incredibly professional and efficient. They kept me appraised throughout the process and exceeded my expectations in how quickly they leased my unit. I highly recommnend them.
