Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.

We have been extremely impressed with the level of service provided by Stavros, Jenny, and the entire team at Century 21 Blacktown, Marchella, Micaela, Julie, and Savannah. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and proactive approach to property management have consistently delivered outstanding results. The team works diligently to ensure our properties are maintained to a high standard while achieving the most appropriate market rent. Their communication is excellent, and they always act in our best interests as investors. We now entrust all of our investment properties to Century 21 Blacktown and have complete confidence in their ability to manage our portfolio. We only wish we had found them sooner.

Working with Jenny, Stavros, and the entire Century 21 Blacktown team has been an exceptional experience from the moment we engaged their services. Their market knowledge, communication, professionalism, and dedication continue to exceed our expectations. Throughout the process, we have always felt that our best interests are their top priority. Their guidance, responsiveness, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome give us complete confidence that we are in the right hands. It's a shame that the highest rating available is only 10/10, because they truly deserve much more. We highly recommend Jenny, Stavros, and the Century 21 Blacktown team to anyone looking for a real estate team that delivers outstanding service, expertise, and results.
