Agencies in Queenscliff, NSW, 2096

Schwarz has been an excellent managing agent for my property. Over the years they have quickly and professionally serviced all of my tenants and my needs, dealing with many maintenance issues and proactively suggesting market improvements, rent changes, etc. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great agency to manage their rental property. Their fees are reasonable and their network of contractors excellent.

Ruby was fantastic throughout the entire leasing process. She was incredibly efficient and went out of her way to organise an alternative inspection time that suited my schedule, which I really appreciated. She was always responsive and helpful whenever I needed something fixed or had any questions. What stood out the most was the thoroughness of the ingoing condition report—it was by far the most detailed and comprehensive report I’ve ever received as a tenant. It gave me confidence that everything had been properly documented and made me feel genuinely protected as a renter. Ruby made the whole experience smooth, professional, and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and caring leasing agent.

Stone Real Estate have an exceptional knowledge of the local market. They look after my property as if it were their own. Any issues are dealt with promptly and responsibly. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone looking for an agent.

Lily and Kate from Bergelin Property have been incredible to deal with, highly responsive and go out of their way to get anything resolved. Highly recommend.
