Charlie and Evelyn provide an exceptional service that gives me complete confidence that my properties are in excellent hands. Having worked with them from multiple perspectives within property management, I cannot recommend them highly enough. I first met Charlie and Evelyn as a tenant, where their prompt and clear communication, responsiveness, practicality, and commercial savvy immediately stood out. That experience made them my first choice when I later needed property managers for my own investment portfolio. They have since proven to be an indispensable professional partnership, supporting me not just in managing but in strategically growing my portfolio. Most recently, following a new property purchase, they project managed a full renovation — taking the property from settlement to tenanted in a matter of weeks. They coordinated and sequenced trades efficiently, maintained excellent communication throughout, and delivered an outstanding result. The property was transformed into a high-quality, well-presented home and secured a tenant just before the Christmas break. Their organisation, transparency, and attention to detail are exceptional, and they consistently exceed expectations. I would highly recommend C + E Property Co to anyone seeking professional, reliable, and results-driven property management.

Evelyn and Charlie made finding and moving into our new rental property so easy. They have great communication, were really flexible with our timelines (moving around Christmas) and are so friendly and fair.
