About Charlie Ross

Charlie- Ross has over 16 years experience in property management with a huge passion + skillset for problem solving. C also has extensive experience in building management working for one of Sydney’s biggest developers which is an invaluable asset when taking care of investment properties. Watching an Auction when C was just in primary school he tasted the buzz of Real Estate + always knew this was the path for his career. Completing a Diploma in Property after high school set a solid foundation for his future in Real Estate. Very goal focused C always builds great relationships with all his clients + puts his focus on their goals to ensure their needs are met. If you are a landlord + have a 5 year plan C will listen to your goals + guide you with care and information. If you are a tenant looking for your new home he will listen to your needs + assist as much as possible. C’s main goal is to create a property management experience for his clients that is stress free and offers tailored guidance for their personal goals.

About Evelyn

After completing a Bachelor of Arts + commencing a Bachelor of Interior Architecture Evelyn was eager to join the work force + put studies on hold. It was her love of property that drew her to Real Estate + she has not looked back. Starting at reception + working her way through the ranks E has managed properties + teams all over Sydney with a focus on Eastern Suburbs + Inner City for over 15 years. E has worked in family run business + also large corporate offices + has drawn from her experience to create systems + procedures that assist in running a smooth + well managed portfolio. E’s main goal is to create an office where her clients feel unbelievably looked after – where being a landlord or tenant is as stress free + enjoyable as possible.

With over 30 years of experience, we aim to provide comfort and ease for both investors and tenants. By prioritizing care and reliability, we ensure seamless property management and peace of mind for all involved. C is a problem solving master and never lets the challenges of property management alter his calming nature. With building management experience there is no problem C is yet to resolve. E was born and bred in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs and could not imagine building her career anywhere else. Excelling in organisation, strategic thinking and creativity, she compliments C’s skill set. We both aim to offer first class service + most importantly maintain + build strong relationships so our clients are comfortable + secure with the management of their investment.

Charlie Ross and Evelyn have been incredible partners with our investment property. Supporting us with their knowledge of the process and important things to look out for.
