Agencies in Marrickville, NSW, 2204

Alex was extremely professional in keeping me informed throughout the process of finding a new tenant for my property. Having trusted LJ Hooker to manage my property for more than 15 years, this was my first time working with Alex, and I was very impressed. Alex demonstrated excellent knowledge of the rental market and kept me updated every step of the way. Her ability to secure a suitable replacement tenant was handled efficiently, professionally, and in a timely manner. I greatly appreciated her clear communication, expertise, and commitment to achieving a positive outcome. I would highly recommend Alex to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated property manager.

I engaged LJ Hooker Ashfield to manage my investment property and was very pleased with their service. The team - Adrian Abrook, Marc Crisafulli, Tracy Cheng, and Matthew Elazzi - are professional, approachable, and always responsive to queries. Adrian was excellent throughout the sales process, providing timely information and valuable insights that helped us confidently make our purchase decision and execute the transaction. Marc provided outstanding support by clearly briefing us on the leasing process, organising and coordinating property enhancement works, sourcing reliable tradespeople, and ensuring the work was carried out diligently. Tracy and Matthew handled the leasing process efficiently and were able to secure a tenant within a relatively short timeframe. Overall, a reliable and well-organised team that I would strongly recommend.

Amazing from the outset. We changed managing agents two years back and now have an agent is proactive and provides regular updates. Even with the loss of a tenant, the effort to remedy and place someone leading up to the xmas period has been above and beyond expectations with a tenant locked in for the new year. Thank you and keep up the excellent work!

Rocco was very transparent with from the beginning on his thoughts of how we should approach this and what to expect. Kept me updated and gave me his insights along the way. Was also willing to attend the property on my behalf when I needed people to come in to do works/install something.

Greg really kept me in the loop regarding the status of every instruction and prospective tenants, as well as excellent advice around repairs required.

Working with Rocco was genuinely a great experience. He was professional, knowledgeable about the local market, incredibly efficient, and always responsive. What stood out to me most was how he followed through on everything he promised and kept me updated at every step, from the open home right through to screening applicants. It made the whole process feel easy and completely stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Rocco and Hudson McHugh highly enough. Thanks so much, Rocco, for making the entire experience so smooth and positive!
