Trish was an excellent communicator regarding my recent experience in seeking a new tenant for our investment property. She was crystal clear and communicated almost daily giving me peace of mind that all was being done to get the best possible result. She gave us solid reasons for choosing the tenant we went with, based on evidence and past history. As a professional, Trish is second to none. Many thanks.

Very professional, helpful, quick responses

Having invested in residential property across Australia for 20 years, I am thoroughly impressed by the team at Image Property Aspley, especially Larissa Jermyn. When a complex switchboard maintenance issue threatened to run wildly over budget, Larissa stepped in with exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills. Through her sharp negotiation, she secured a full refund from a previous contractor and negotiated a substantial reduction on a separate inflated maintenance invoice. Her clear communication, initiative, and dedication to protecting her clients' yields are a breath of fresh air in the industry. She doesn't just manage properties, she actively advocates for owners. Highly recommended!

Excellent service, quick response times and easy to work with when finding a rental property.
