Once we took ownership of the property MPM arranged all the marketing, open houses, applications very professionally. They took the time to review the current rental market providing a comprehensive document showing available listings in the immediate area and some comparison listings from other areas to give context to the property and expected rental return. More importantly their screening of potential applicants was very thorough, which gave peace of mind to who could move into the property.

I am very happy with the way Image Property handles my properties' day to day and tenant handling related tasks. The market analysis, the guidance about the whole market listing, application sorting and signing of the tenant contract all are so smooth that I don't need to worry about anything. Any manager they put on to handle my properties are great till now. I am with them since last 6-7 years and my experience has been great.
