Verv have done very well to secure a great tenant for my investment property in Googong. I will definitely contact them when the time comes to sell my home.

I have been renting for almost 30 years and have dealt with many real estate agents. So far Verv has been very easy to deal with. The application process was straightforward with minimum fuss and no price haggling. Communication is excellent and inspection processes easy and unobtrusive.

Verv property management have been outstanding. We were fretting renting out our home due to interstate moves for jobs. Charlie Evans took the reins and took over our portfolio. The team worked tirelessly to get a suitable tenant for us. Charlie goes above and beyond. Verv property management understands how important it is to ensure they instill confidence for their clients. The communication is the standout. At every step we know exactly what is going on with our properties. Thank you Charlie. You are awesome!

From the very beginning, the JW property manager was incredibly responsive and attentive to our needs. They listened carefully to our concerns and preferences and worked diligently to find a tenant who was the perfect fit for our property. Throughout the process, they kept us updated with regular communication and provided detailed reports on the progress of the search. Once a tenant was secured, the property manager continued to provide exceptional service by handling all aspects of the lease agreement and ensuring that the tenant was happy and satisfied with the property. They were quick to respond to any issues or concerns that arose, and were always available to answer questions and provide guidance. One thing that really stood out to me was the property manager's attention to detail. They were meticulous in their inspections of the property, ensuring that everything was in good condition and addressing any maintenance issues promptly. They also kept detailed records of all transactions and communications, providing us with peace of mind and a clear understanding of what was happening with our property at all times. Overall, I cannot recommend JW property manager highly enough. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to providing excellent service truly set them apart, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

We recently needed to rent one of our properties short term (6 months furnished). Ellie at Jonny Warren properties was so helpful in getting everything sorted, and finding a tenant was so quick and easy! We already use them for multiple properties and will continue to!

Mel was great and was able to find tenants quickly. She is so easy to deal with and great with communication and her knowledge of the rental market! Wouldn’t use any other agent! Always a pleasure to deal with.
