Alina and the rest of the team have been exceptional in managing the entire situation, including organising repairs, managing the claim, and organising for a new tenant. I was impressed by their diligence and conscientiousness when chasing up the reluctant parties, namely the tenants during the eviction process and the claims officer. They demonstrated strong knowledge of the processes and I felt very confident knowing that my case was in good hands.
