Hi guys just wana let you all know that I am extremely happy with the my rental I live the house and it’s eveything I have been wanting also would like to thank allyies she’s an amazing person and is very helpful and always there to help as this is something very new to me and it’s my first time renting thanks heaps King regards Ahmad and Selina

Allyse is fantastic and always on top of what's happening with the property.

Allyse and Nick have been handling our recent investment, They have made to whole process very easy. strongly recommend these guys for all your Property needs. Thanks Allyse and Nick for your great service

Dylan has been very responsive and proactive in helping us to secure a tenant. And Sophia’s attention to details helped to finalize the lease in a speedy manner. Very happy with the result.

The property manager Jasmine Shade knows the tenancy ordinance and communicates effectively to me and my tenants. Dylan Henry has a good knowledge of the rental market and provides good advice. Rohan Alexander the director does not know what is happening and makes suggestions without communicating with his team and tried to change terms unilaterally without consultation making the experience unpleasant

Dylan, Carmen and the team have been super helpful throughout the process. Not once did I have to chase them for any information or updates. They always clarified any questions I had and followed up after my property had been rent. Could not recommend them enough.
