Lots of small issues with the property have been quickly resolved with a minimum of fuss and excellent communication. They have looked after all of the process as if it’s their own property. I’d like to recognise Ashley, Michaela and the team for the outstanding support they’ve provided recently. When the property came up for lease, they were fantastic in sourcing new tenants in a timely manner, making the whole process seamless. Ashley also went above and beyond in supporting additional improvements, including organising the replacement of the clothesline, installing a cover for the air conditioner, and ensuring the outgoing tenants left the property in the appropriate condition. What really stands out is their professionalism and responsiveness. They are always prompt, open to feedback, and willing to accommodate any requests.
