So long looking for a resident I was so grateful to the Team from Professionals Real Estate contacting me to offer me my new home . Tracey and Madonna from Mackay Professionals were so helpful and went beyond to help get me into my new home.Each time I enter the office,the staff are courteous,smiling and more than helpful at explaining the rental lease and receipts or any other issue that may arise. All at First National have been outstanding. Michelle has been the best Property Manager I've had in my 42 years, she is incredible. The team are always kind, helpful and very prompt in dealing with any issue that has presented. As a tenant I feel respected, valued and cared for by all at First National. They have always looked after myself, my daughters and our home extremely well. I'd be more then willing to encourage any home owner to entrust this team with their property. Wonderful people, who care and strive to be down to earth but also professional and get the job done. They are phenomenal with communication. Repairs are dealt with immediately and with no stress, whether it be an emergency or non emergency. Professional, yet kind, with housing being an issue currently, I have not one ever felt anything but respected and cared for while knowing I'm dealing with people who are doing the exact same for home owners. Honestly, an amazing team and I highly recommend for both home owners and tenants alike. 10/10.
