I got Sukhpreet Bala managing my property and I must say he is very dedicated towards his work,is very professional and proactive,great communicator and is always available for his clients.He didn't rush with my property and properly scrutinised all tenant applications before finalising tenants for my property with my consent.I would say I am lucky to have Sukhpreet managing my property and can't thank Wemark Real Estate team enough for their assistance.

Parm Singh and Ravin were the first people I spoke to when I leased my property through Wemark in June-July 2025. It was a pleasant conversation with both of them. Ravin has been responsive and reachable every time I needed to know or enquire something. I felt there are a few instance where more transparency in sharing information was required with me as a property owner. Overall I have no concerns for now and hope we will continue doing business as usual .
