I had a great experience working with Athul. From the very beginning, when he showed us the property, all the way through to the contract execution, his service was excellent and very professional. Even after we moved in, we faced an issue with the showerhead and reached out to him on a Friday night. Despite the late hour, he responded immediately, came to assist us, and stayed in touch via calls and messages until the handyman arrived and resolved the issue. His dedication and willingness to help, regardless of the time, truly stood out. This is our second property rented through Wemark, and I must say they have some of the best agents in town. And happy to say that Athul is one of them. Highly recommend their services!
