I've had positive experience with Georgia. Georgia is proactive in following up tenant vacating, advertising, and signing up new tenant. Georgia is also proactive in following up regular inspection and issues from tenant. I really appreciate the fact that Georgia trying to answer any questions I have as promptly as possible.
