William is professional but at times lacks the correct communication skills. And unfortunately slipped when negotiating the new rental terms for new tenants. I felt like there was hidden communication regarding the lease arrangement with tenants leaving property early and timing of new tenants coming in. Having to pay three weeks of rent and not knowing that was going to happen is not ideal.

Why I recommend Image Property and specifically Belinda Stewart: 1. Responsive, available to work through challenges and sensitive to what I as the owner want. 2. Re-lets property efficiently, minimising loss of rent. 3. Had great industry contacts to get works completed (often a lacking with some agents). 4. Personable and just a pleasure to work with - this is massive Thank you for all your ongoing hard work

Both were great at finding us a house really quick and super to lovely speak to everytime when either viewing houses and completing approval.

Our agent Belinda, did a great job in helping us out. She's approachable, she knows her stuff and communicated well. We felt reassured, understood and above all, felt as if she genuinely cared.
