Overview of Morisset, NSW, 2264

I’ve had a really great experience with this real estate team as a landlord. Communication has been spot on, they keep me in the loop without overloading me, and I never feel like I’m chasing updates. They’re also very quick to jump on anything that comes up. Whether it’s a maintenance issue or a question from tenants, it gets handled promptly and without fuss, which makes a big difference. What stands out most is that it’s not just one good property manager, the whole team is consistent. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been professional, helpful, and across the details. Overall, they make things easy and take a lot of the stress out of managing a property. Would definitely recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Valley Estate Agents from start to finish. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to delivering the best results. They made the entire process for finding a tenant for us smooth, stress-free, and well-organized. Communication was excellent throughout — I was always kept informed and felt confident that everything was being handled efficiently. Their attention to detail, local market expertise, and friendly approach truly set them apart. I would highly recommend Valley Estate Agents to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated real estate professionals. An absolutely first-class service!

Excellent and very Friendly to deal with. Would recommend highly

My partner and I have had to move as our landlord decided to renovate after us only living there for 12 months. Because of work commitments it was such a hassle but Caitlin Jenkins from ElleJayne helped us to find another home without hesitation. We were so grateful of her help and making herself available when inspection times were not at times we could attend. The whole process was made less stressful and we were kept informed throughout the process. Thankyou Caitlin for your understanding and support at this time you went above and beyond..
