Even before I purchased an investment, they were helping me by filtering good and bad pockets of areas of links to properties that I would send then. The tenant finding process was smooth. Detailed reports allowed me to approve/decline prospective tenants quickly. Their technology and systems allow me to see all my bills, income, and expenses in one place. Always a bonus touch. The pre condition report that was provided was detailed and had great images of my property. It allowed me to see everything in HD like I was there in person. Thank you Wilson Property team.
