Bridging loan, new house & renovations cash-out would have been nearly impossible without Greenline
Our experience with Greenline Home Loans was great and stress free. They helped us get finance to buy a new house, a bridging loan while our old house was on the market and ultimately additional cash out to pay for the renovations. The housing market was down, interest rates were rising but Greenline managed to get us a good deal which we thought was impossible. Thanks to all the team, especially Jack who continued to follow up and provide regular updates since day one till the deal was sealed. We couldn't have done it without Greenline, we recommend their services for anyone struggling to get a home loan.
