We'd applied for a particular rental property - the latest of many applications since January - and once again missed out. Donna then brought our attention to a similar property near by that had recently become available. Expedited the application process and had it approved within 24 hours. Knowing how to connect the right people is what estate agents are meant to do but it's sadly lacking in many cases. Not with Kingsbury. We're happy, the owners (hopefully) are happy and we're looking forward to moving in.

Thorough inspections, with thorough property inspection reports, with photos of all areas, which is fantastic, when we live in a different part of the state. We are notified of maintenance required before it becomes more of an issue, and always have trades attend promptly. Elle makes the process of selecting new tenants a breeze, and her professionalism, advice, and knowledge is much appreciated.
