Overview of Mount Martha, VIC, 3934

Jodie has been ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT. Apart from having a GORGEOUS smile, she's also VERY EFFICIENT with great communication skills (which I LOVE). She presented fabulous applicants, in a very articulate manner, and TOGETHER we chose our perfect tenant. Couldn't be happier!

This house is our first experience renting in many years. From a landholders perspective Jodie genuinely maintains the asset. But also from a tenants point of view I could not be more impressed with Jodie’s thoroughness and response time.

Jodie was so helpful and friendly throughout our experience of renting a property. She was responsive and accomodating, making this process as unseasoned renters much more easeful than we anticipated.

Very helpful and understanding

I’m becoming a new tenant with this agency, and so far my experience has been great. Jodie, was very responsive and accommodating organising additional inspections due to scheduled opens not being tenable. She took time to find out about the owners of the property to make sure we were suitably matched. Was Wellington negotiate additional requests which the owners were happy to approve. Great communication and working relationship makes all the difference. One successful for the property things moved quickly and efficiently. She troubleshot some difficulties with Technology. Her approach was down to earth and professional and I anticipate a great responsive working relationship. Would recommend this real estate agent above others who in contrast are not interested in speaking to the owners. Don’t try to match tenants properly and have poor work ethic.

Very efficient and proactive. The rental strategy was well targeted, expectations were clearly understood, and a suitable tenant was found quickly.

We have been a property owner in the Mornington area for some time with our property becoming vacant, the advice we have received and selection of tradesmen has been first class. The appraisal of the market and contacts has lead to quick leasing of the property. We were kept advised of action taken and potential renters. Have no hesitation in recommending Belle Property Mornington.

I live interstate, and I bought a property without visiting the area. Jodie leased the property at a fair rate as soon as it settled. The whole process was easy and hassle-free for me. When Jodie was on leave, Brad answered the phone and emails and the process progressed without skipping a beat.

Rachel has been very professional and friendly in her dealings with us and in general, we are happy with the management of our properties. We have had a number of issues with our properties this year and they seem to be ongoing but she is slowly having them all resolved so they are manageable.

At this early stage of our tenancy it is a pleasure to have Belle Property look after our interests. The staff have communicated clearly with us and have responded promptly to our questions and requests.
